Coupled with interval training, strength, and stretching movements 2 Oars Indoor Rowing gives you a 100% workout to complete the ultimate group fitness experience. Never rowed before? Don’t worry. Our instructors will have you moving, sweating and smiling in no time.

STEP ONE

Create a free account using our 2 Oars Rowing App found in your App Store. In our App, you can easily choose your class, pay for a single drop-in class, class pack or monthly membership, and reserve your rower! It’s that simple 😊

STEP TWO

BEFORE CLASS - To allow you plenty of time to settle in, please complete our E-WAIVER prior to arriving for class. Classes run on a tight schedule, so please arrive 10 minutes early.

STEP THREE

ROW! Classes are a 45 minute rowing experience off and on the rower providing a full body sweat with electric music to get your heart pumping!

Joint Friendly

Indoor Rowing provides a low-impact, high intensity workout that is friendly to the knees and other joints that often take a beating with other cardio workouts.
